Terms of service

These terms apply when you order from alvarostyle.com. They are written to be read, not to catch anyone out. Alvaro Style trades from the United Arab Emirates.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm it. We may decline an order — if a size turns out to be unavailable, if the delivery address is outside where we can reach, or if we cannot verify the contact details given. If we decline one you have already paid for, you get your money back in full.

Prices

• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include any tax that applies.
• Delivery within the UAE is free; nothing is added at checkout.
• We may change prices at any time, but never on an order already confirmed.
• If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before charging anything rather than quietly cancelling.

Cash on delivery

Where you choose to pay cash on delivery, you agree to pay the courier the full order amount when the pair is handed over. If you no longer want the order, tell us before it is dispatched. Repeatedly refusing delivered cash-on-delivery orders may mean we ask for payment up front on future orders.

Delivery

You agree to give an accurate address and a phone number that reaches you. Delivery estimates are estimates: we control when a pair leaves us, not what happens on the road. Risk in the pair passes to you on delivery.

Made to order

Some sizes are handcrafted after you order, in 7 to 10 days. This is shown on the product page before you buy. Made-to-order pairs are the same shoe, at the same price, and carry the same exchange rights and warranty.

Exchanges and warranty

Our refund policy — 30-day exchanges on unworn pairs and a six-month craftsmanship warranty — forms part of these terms.

Using the site

The photographs, text and designs on this site belong to Alvaro Style; please do not reuse them commercially without asking. Do not attempt to interfere with the site or use it to break the law.

Our responsibility

We stand behind our shoes and will put right anything that is our fault, up to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here removes rights you have under UAE consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the UAE courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
