Shipping policy

How and when your pair reaches you, and what it costs. If anything here does not match what you were told, message us and we will sort it out.

United Arab Emirates

• Delivery is free on every UAE order. There is no minimum.
• Expect your pair within about two business days when the size is in stock.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST usually leave the same business day.
• Cash on delivery is available UAE-wide. You pay the courier when the pair arrives.

Made-to-order pairs

If your size is not in stock, we make it for you in 7 to 10 days before dispatch. There is no extra charge. Sizes are marked on the product page so you know which applies before you order, and we will confirm the timing when the order is placed.

International

• We ship to selected countries on request — arrange it with us on WhatsApp.
• Estimate 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
• Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.
• Cash on delivery is not available outside the UAE.

Tracking

You will receive the courier and tracking number by email as soon as your pair is dispatched, along with a link to your order. If it has not arrived when you expected it, send us your order number on WhatsApp and we will chase the courier ourselves.

Addresses and missed deliveries

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout — couriers here rely on a phone call more than a street name. If a delivery is missed, the courier will normally try again the next business day. If a cash-on-delivery order cannot be delivered after repeated attempts, we will cancel it and return the pair to stock.

Prices

All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED), and any tax that applies is already included in the price displayed. Nothing is added at checkout.
